Main parts of papermaking monomer equipment

Paper-making is divided into headbox, wire section, press section, drying section, calender, paper winder and other single equipment according to working procedures. The core components of each single equipment are as follows:

1. Headbox (pulp distributing and homogenizing equipment)

A slurry distributing tube bundle, a homogenizing roller, a lip plate/lip, a weir plate, a box shell, a dilution water regulating component, a rectifying element, an overflow device and a fine adjustment actuator.

2. Wire section (forming section, fourdrinier wire/laminating wire)

Forming screen, breast roller, couch roller, screen driving roller, screen guiding roller, vacuum suction box, dewatering box, shaking device, screen tensioner, screen corrector, spray water pipe, scraper assembly and white water receiving tray.

3. Press section

Press roller (stone roller, rubber roller, blind hole roller), press roller pressurizing cylinder/hydraulic cylinder, press felt, blanket guide roller, blanket tension, blanket corrector, blanket washing spray, scraper, vacuum press suction chamber.

4, drying cadres (dry)

Drying cylinder (cast iron drying cylinder), drying cylinder bearing, drying cylinder gear transmission set, drying net/canvas, drying net guide roller, tensioning and correcting mechanism, drying cylinder scraper, steam condensate drainage device, steam head (rotary joint) and hot air hood.

5. Calender

Calendering roller (hard roller and soft calendering rubber roller), frame, pressurizing oil cylinder, roller gap adjusting mechanism, scraper, roller surface cooling and heating component and transmission gear set.

6. Paper winder

A paper roll, a paper roll cylinder, a paper roll supporting arm, a pressurizing mechanism, a paper guide roller, a paper cutter, a tension adjusting component and a paper roll discharging mechanism.

All kinds of guide rollers, scrapers (scraping pulp, wiping water and scraping paper powder), spray nozzle, bearing seat, coupling, reducer, motor, cylinder and hydraulic cylinder, corrector, tensioning mechanism, pipeline valve and frame base.
